Does it hurt?
No. Microcurrent is a very low-level current — most people feel a light tingle and gentle warmth. Start on the lowest setting and work up to what's comfortable.
Why are the prices in US dollars?
We price in USD because that's what we pay our manufacturer in — it keeps our pricing stable instead of moving with the exchange rate. Your bank converts at checkout automatically. US$59.95 works out to roughly A$92.
How long does delivery take?
7–14 business days anywhere in Australia, shipping free. Tracking lands in your inbox the day it ships.
Will I get charged customs or duties?
No. Australia doesn't apply duty to imported goods under A$1,000, and this sits well under that. What you pay at checkout is what you pay.
Can I use it on sensitive skin?
Generally yes, on the lowest setting with a hydrating gel. Don't use it over broken or irritated skin. If you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or have epilepsy, don't use EMS devices — check with your doctor first.
Do I need to buy gel from you?
No. Any water-based serum, aloe gel or hyaluronic serum you already own will work. We don't sell refills and we're not going to start.
Why is the 2-pack better value?

What if it stops working?
