Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada, with free shipping on every order.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–11 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where is my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any issue, write to us at bertex.store@gmail.com — we answer within 24 hours.

Returns & Guarantee

What if I don't love it?

Is my product covered by a warranty?

What payment methods do you accept?
